My name is Jim Smith (but everyone calls me Smitty) and for the past 20+ years I have been a coach helping athletes and coaches from all over the world train pain free and get better. My specialty is teaching ageless athletes and lifters how to train for longevity and have a better quality of life. I’ve learned a thing or two about what works in the gym, and probably more importantly, what doesn’t work.
