   Jim- as always, you were right…that IS sick!
   I can’t wait to get my hands on a copy, your integration
   of multiple training modes to increase multiple strength
   qualities in the limited time anyone has to train are the
   ‘ragged edge’ of Best Practices in Training.

   WOW!! But why would any1 want this? They might get better towards their goals and achieve more faster and become stronger with fewer injuries. What are you guys trying to do? Put commercial gyms out of business????? If you are … keep doing EVERYTHING your doing.
