A Message Every Young Man Should Hear
I was asked tonight by one of my young football players, “Why do you hate me?” While the question was far from the truth, it did force me to reveal my hand. His feelings that I was “always picking on him” and “I was singling him out”, made him defensive and caused him to lash out.
In his search to find the answer for my ‘attitude’, my hope was that he would look inward for the answer.
The video talks about the role of coaches in a young man’s (in every man’s) life.
