On the way to the Elite Training Workshop at Tyler English Fitness in CT, I was able to record my thoughts on the winning mindset.

With all of the very successful people I have met, in and out of the fitness community, they all have the winning mindset.  In fact, when you observe and read about their backgrounds, you’ll find that most successful people have very similar tendencies and character traits.

Successful people:

– give to others

– take action

– don’t hesitate

– are always positive

– don’t live in the past

– are inspired by others’ success (not jealous)

– live with urgency because they understand time is limited
