I have been working really hard behind the scenes on Diesel to step my game up for you guys.

I have been fortunate enough to get Jesse Burdick, powerlifting bad-*ss to agree to start a series on Diesel to help us out big time. If you don’t know Jesse, he is an awesome powerlifter who has totaled Elite in 3 different weight classes, he is best friends with Mark Bell of Supertraining.tv (Strongest Gym in the West) and he is the blessed Dad of twin  girls.

Jesse’s background is so varied and his accomplishments are so great, that I asked him to help the Diesel Nation by answering our questions on how to get stronger, more explosive and build serious muscle. I thought the easiest thing for everyone is to have him do 1-2 minute videos so you can watch them and then take action.
