Dip with 160lbs of Chain!

Notice I didn’t say “dips”, I said “dip”.  The reason I didn’t try for another rep in the set was that I almost got crushed!  It seems when you have a ton of chains on your neck, it might affect your ability to get blood to your brain.  Weird right?  Anyway, I thought it would be cool to post the video and show you some of my training from tonight.

I also placed a speech from Matt Wichlinski over the video.  He is a friend of mine and I loved hearing him talking about “reaching your own potential”.  Screw what others are doing or are hitting in the gym.  Set your own goals and go for them.  Be an original.  Be YOU!
