It’s Not About Haters, It’s About YOU!

I recently came across this audio clip from Joe Rogan’s podcast. If you follow MMA, Joe Rogan is no stranger to you. He is one of the commentators on the UFC and is a pretty successful martial artist himself. What you might not know about Joe is that he has his own podcast. It is his vehicle for hanging with his friends, talking about the news of the day and just killing it.

Now, if you’re offended by foul language, you might not want to listen to this. But for me, it was like a slap in the face – something that truly inspired me. Joe and his friend Bryan Callen are talking about haters and jealousy. The way Bryan phrases it and comes at it from a new perspective, really hit home with me.

Over the years, I’ve always tried to celebrate my friend’s and colleague’s accomplishments. Because I know the more I give, the more I praise them, the more they can accomplish with my support.

It feels amazing to have someone behind you. Pushing you further than you thought you could go. And when you get there, they are still your loudest cheerleader.

Pay it forward and never forget to celebrate the success of others. Because your know what, they didn’t get there without hard work. Are you willing to do everything they did — day in and day out? If not, why hate on them?

Don’t forget…

You will never reach your dreams without hard work — stop making excuses and being jealous of others. That will just keep you in the gutter. Get out and take action to achieve YOUR greatness.

Yeah, It started off good but had to stop it… Not into the gratuitous swearing… It completely took away from the whole message. Too bad 🙁

Watched the video before reading the article. Learned my lesson.

It takes a strong MAN to lift weights and control his body.

It takes a strongER MAN to control his tongue.
