Strength Training – Muscle Ups, Box Jumps and Bartendaz!
Strength Training – Muscle Ups, Box Jumps and Bartendaz!
Here are a few videos from some of my recent training sessions. Something I always stress in life and in the gym is the need for urgency.
You got to have it because you never want to be average.
In the gym I have goals and these goals change over time. Right now, I’m doing more bodyweight training and I’m working hard on my mobility. I want to be more agile, and for me, it is a challenge as I get older.
As you can see from these videos I’ve come a long way from the guy who was crippled by a knee injury for many years. This limitation left me immobile, prone to injury and feeling like crap.
As you watch these video, I hope they inspire you to push your limits and reach higher.
You might have to ‘LIKE’ the Team Diesel Facebook page BEFORE you can view the videos, but I’m not sure:

Have you got any specific goals Smitty? The most important rule about setting goals is to be specific and make plan how to achieve them.
I remember my shins looking like that after the Arnold…
Rain, wet deck, attempt at jumping. You called it.
