In this 2nd installment of our Better Sleep Series, Big Tom tells us his top 5 ways to get better sleep. I know this has been a big issue for me over the years as I continue to put more focus on building my business and less on my own personal health.
More sleep is critical to our recovery, how you feel throughout the day, hormone regulation, and performance. What I’ve learned is that if I can work more efficiently and eliminate distractions, I don’t have to stay up until 1am every night.
